Zmiana look'u

Pamiętacie moją przeróbkę Ikea'owskiej sofki?
Spokojnie, nawet jeśli nie, to żaden kłopot, już biegnę z przypomnieniem.
To ta sofka. Bordowa, mięciutka, z solidnym oparciem.

Do you remember makeover of an Ikea sofa?

Easy, even if not, no problem, I'm ready with a reminder.

It's that couch. Maroon, soft, with a solid back.

A skoro ją sobie przypomnieliśmy, to muszę powiedzieć że, to już jej nie ma :)
Ale jest za to coś niego, innego i bardzie podobnego do oryginału (oryginalnego stylu ikea)
Chciałam żeby sofa miała swoją IKEA'owską duszę i formę- co to dla mnie znaczy? zdecydowanie oparcie na tym samym poziomie co boczki.
Podniosłam je jedynie drewnianymi klockami na całej długości.

And since we remembered it, I have to say that it is no longer existing :)

But there is something else, different and more similar to the original one(original ikea style)

I wanted the sofa to have its own IKEA soul and form - what does that mean to me? definitely back on the same level as the sides.

I only picked them up with wooden blocks along  entire length

Naturalnie dodałam miękkości w formie uszytych na wymiar wkładek z ocieplacza, które zostały do sofy przyklejone klejem na gorąco.

Of course, I added softness in the form of made-to-measure inserts made of an undersuit, which were glued to the sofa with hot glue.

Dół materiału obiciowego (poszewka na poduszkę - to mój ulubiony materiał na mebelki) przykleiłam do plastikowej formy klejem na gorąco.
Na co się jeszcze zdecydowałam?  na poduszki na siedzenie (to już  trochę mniej IKEAowe).
To podniosło odrobinę sofę (na tym tez mi zależało) i dało jej to milszy i cieplejszy wygląd. 
Ostatecznie dorzuciłam też poduszki na oparcie. Ta na wszelki wypadek.

I glued the bottom of material (pillowcase - this is my favorite material for furniture) to a plastic form with hot glue.

What else have I decided to do? Add seat cushions (it's a bit less IKEA).

This lifted the sofa up a bit (that was what I wanted too) and gave it a nicer and warmer look.

I have also added some cushions for the backrest. This one, just in case.

No i idąc za ciosem, szczególnie że zostało mi sporo materiału zrobiłam jeszcze tekturową pufę.

And following the blow, especially a lot of material  have left, I also made a cardboard pouf.

Czy jestem z tej wersji sofy zadowolona?

Na chwilę obecną tak, aczkolwiek zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że taki wzór nie będzie łatwy do wykorzystania w sesjach.

Zobaczymy jakie będą jej dalsze losy.

Am I satisfied with this version of the sofa?

At the moment, yes, although I am aware that such a pattern will not be easy to use in sessions.

We will see what will be her further fate.
